Dr. Le was great! Punctual, professional, and took the time to really explain the process and answer all my questions. The staff was friendly and they had a great selection of frames to choose from ! Would definitely recommend!​​​​​​​

Dr. Le was fantastic! She was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also very personable which made me feel confident in her expertise and the overall care I was receiving. The entire team was very supportive throughout the testing process and did a great job of explaining everything clearly.

I especially appreciated that they took the time to go through the expected costs of any procedures or follow-up visits upfront. This transparency was a huge plus and ensured there were no surprises down the line.

Dr Le is wonderfully friendly and attentive. The staff is helpful but not aggressive or overbearing. They offer text communication for scheduling/reminders, and the one time there was an order issue, they fixed it lickity split!

It’s not spa-like, but is pleasant with a decent collection of high and low cost frames. Urban-walkable AND parking? Adjacent spots to grab a bite before or after? It’s been all I’ve wished for as these new storefronts fill up. Highly recommended!

Had a pleasant experience at this office. Dr. Bich Nhat Le was efficient, communicative, and gentle. I brought my two teenage grandkids in for vision checks. The office was clean and the staff very helpful and made you feel right at home. I would recommend! ​​​​​​​

I’ve been a patient since 2019 and I’m loving it! All of the staff is very supportive, professional, and out going. Likewise, apart from their great selection of frames/lenses, the staff will explain the pricing with insurance to a great detail which I appreciate. I don’t see myself going anywhere else but here for eye care!​​​​​​​

Fast and friendly staff...clean organized office. Great experience. Good atmosphere. Lots of great brands and selection. Was Screenshot over charged... other retailers have coded bill wrong so i was over charged. Here at Eyeris they are professional and they don't try to push you into a sale. I feel I was able to t use my benefits to the fullest. Plus I got the cutest designer frames. I would definitely recommend Eyeris to anyone.​​​​​​​
